About Arzoo

Arzoo is a non-profit organisation based in Mumbai. We help low-income families learn about and apply for government welfare schemes, including PM-JAY (Ayushman Bharat). Through our registered co-operative housing society, we also help families from the EWS and LIG income groups get affordable homes.

Arzoo is not a government body. We are not an agent of any government department, hospital, bank or insurance company.

Use of the Website

You agree to:

  • use the Website only for lawful purposes;
  • give true, accurate and complete information in any form or message;
  • not submit forged, altered or someone else’s documents or details without their permission;
  • not try to hack, disrupt, overload or misuse the Website;
  • not copy, scrape or reuse content from the Website for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may restrict or refuse access to anyone who breaks these Terms.

Scheme assistance services (PM-JAY and other schemes)

  • Our help with PM-JAY / Ayushman cards and other government schemes is free of charge [confirm with client].
  • We help you check eligibility, prepare documents and submit applications. The final decision on eligibility, approval, card issue and benefits rests entirely with the government authority or hospital concerned.
  • We do not guarantee that any application will be approved, or approved within a particular time.
  • Scheme rules, income limits and benefits are set by the government and can change without notice.

Housing membership

  • Housing membership is offered through Arzoo Swabhiman Nagrik Sahakari Griharachana Sanstha, registered under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. Membership is governed by that Act, the society’s registered bye-laws and the terms of each project.
  • Registration fee: a one-time registration fee of ₹251 applies. Registering does not oblige you to buy a home. The registration fee is [non-refundable / refundable on request within __ days — confirm with client].
  • Payments: all deposits and instalments must be paid only at our registered office or into the society’s official bank account, and you will receive an official receipt. We never collect cash outside our registered office. Arzoo is not responsible for payments made to any individual or account other than those officially stated by us.
  • Project details: prices, sizes, locations, timelines and loan percentages shown on the Website are indicative. They may change based on land costs, approvals, bank policies and project conditions. The binding terms for any project are those in the written allotment documents and agreements you sign.
  • Approvals: each housing project is subject to land verification and the government approvals it needs. [Where a project is registered with MahaRERA, its registration number will be stated in the project documents.]
  • Loans: any home loan is subject to the lending bank’s or institution’s own approval and terms. Arzoo does not guarantee loan approval.

Donations

Communication from us

Beware of fraud

Arzoo representatives will never ask you to pay money to a personal account, collect cash at your home, or promise a guaranteed scheme approval or house allotment in exchange for money. If anyone claiming to be from Arzoo does this, please don’t pay. Report it to us on 022 – 2417 2663 or [email].

Intellectual property

All content on the Website belongs to Arzoo unless stated otherwise, including text, logos, photographs, videos and design. Please don’t use our name or logo without our written permission. You may share links to our pages for non-commercial, informational purposes.

The Website may link to government portals, YouTube videos and other external sites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
